I’m Gillian Clegg, a transformational coach with a background in occupational health consultancy & nursing - Great Ormond
St & UCH hospitals; degrees in psychology
& occupational health; qualifications in coaching & coaching psychology; stress management trainer & assessor; health promotion professional & mental health first aider.
I provide a non-judgmental & confidential space to help clarify your goals, look at your options & move you forward.

Coaching is usually a short term future focused process. You may find that one session is enough or engage for a short time & return if necessary.
