I have a background in Nursing - Great Ormond St Hospital & UCH. I have extensive consultancy experience as an Occupational Health Adviser; advising organisations on the management of employee health issues including the legal obligations to their workforce. Coaching & advising individuals on their physical & mental health; adjustments to work & return to work plans.

My role as a trainer included Stress Management, & Personal Safety for both individuals & organisations.
